Great Leaders Leading Great Organizations with a Clear Path Forward
An organization rises and falls with the strength of its systems and processes but can only rise to the level of leadership. Join us on August 16th to talk through how you, as a leader, are a critical part of the DNA of your organization. Utilizing your leadership strengths and the organizational funnel, prepare your organization for a clear path forward. Every leader is naturally stronger in some of the components of the organization and must surround themselves with structure, vision, and goals to chart the path forward.

Learning Objectives:
1. Gain functional knowledge of the organizational funnel: Mission, Vision, Core Values, Goals, Strategy, Tactics, and Behaviors.
2. Identify how you, as a leader, can develop the organizational funnel or influence it.
3. Learn more about how boundaries and communication are at the core of a leader's success.
