Speakers:
Ann Wolford, CFRE, Founder and Principal, The Wolford Group

George Lindahl, former CEO, Philanthropist, and Seasoned Board Member

Session Description: Board members are the lifeblood of any nonprofit organization. They can either elevate your game by the resources and energy they bring to the table or keep you at status quo.  Every nonprofit wants Rock Star Board members, but what do they look like and how to find them? Join nonprofit management consultant Ann Wolford of The Wolford Group and philanthropist and Rock Star Board member George Lindahl to learn how you can attract and groom board members to bring their best to your nonprofit.

Learning Objectives:
1. Recruitment – setting your organization up for success in recruiting the right people.
2. Tools to ensure a board member’s success.
3. Mentorship and expanding your reach through your board.
