In the face of a shrinking national donor pool and demographic shifts that make communicating seem increasingly complex, many fundraisers may wonder what kind of direct response messages will be most effective.
There is no secret sauce to building donor loyalty (and, by the way, revenue) through direct response outreach, including direct mail.  It’s a matter of consistent, thoughtful outreach. But what kind and when?

 In this presentation Gail Siegel, Senior Consultant at C.I. Partners Direct, will describe key tactics to increase donor retention and more deeply engage multiple donor types through direct mail programs.  You’ll hear about specific appeals and extra program layers which have been successfully implemented by our partners across the country and learn where and how each fits into those programs.

Gail C. Siegel brings 30 years of fundraising experience to her clients, including organizations such as UCLA Health, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining C.I. Partners Direct in 2021, Gail led direct response efforts at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she also guided programs focused on high-end direct mail giving and stewardship, grateful patient education and outreach, and membership. Gail also has in-depth experience in prospect research and management, major gift proposals and collateral, and stewardship communications.
