MEMBERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS

This scholarship will financially assist with your one-year membership to the AFP International association as well as to the local AFP - Greater Houston chapter. The Association of Fundraising Professionals exists to foster the development and growth of fundraising professionals and the profession. Being a member provides you a gateway into the Associations' resources.

Deadlines: June 1, August 1, and October 1 

Awards: We award grants that cover the cost of annual dues for AFP International. 

Requirement after Award/Membership:

  • Volunteer and join a committee of their choice. This may be a standing or ad hoc committee.
  • Recruit at least one new member
  • Write and submit an article to the Scholarship Chair for the Chapter’s newsletter about your experience.
