Session Description
As we continue to grow and learn about creating an equitable environment in the world we live in, we often have to reflect on the aspects of our lives that we can control, including the workplaces in which we spend significant hours of our time.  Our panel for the Association of Fundraising Professionals April event will be geared towards leadership, and those hoping to become leaders at their organizations, and center around creating a workplace in which all individuals feel safe to bring their authentic selves to the workplace and to foster an environment of compassionate leaders.  Join us in learning about embracing individuality, setting healthy boundaries and supporting each individual’s unique situation for the good of the organization (and the individual!) Each panelist brings years of experience as those leaders in our community and extensive knowledge of how to create strong leaders who emulate empathy and compassion.
