RFP for AFP GHC Management & Event Services

The AFP Greater Houston Chapter is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and relies on volunteers for all events and programs. The Chapter utilizes and pays contractors to assist with chapter management and financial matters. The Chapter also contracts with an event company to assist with the National Philanthropy Day Event. This event held in November annually draws over 1,000 people and is the single largest fundraiser for the chapter.

As part of the organization's policies and procedures the AFP GHC Board is soliciting bids for multi-year contracts to fill the role of:

•    Chapter Association Management;
•    Event support for National Philanthropy Day.

In the process of selecting the right contractors, all proposals will be reviewed and qualified respondents will be interviewed that would lead to a negotiated contract.
