Too Much To Do – Too Little Time

Whether you are part of a multi-person development team or a one-man department, we all have too much to do and achieve. In this session we will discuss goal setting and its importance. Once goals are set, we will determine begin designing the annual Development Plan that will serve as your guide to reaching your goals and achieving the greatest success for your organization. Attendees will learn about SMART Goals and performing SWOT analysis on development plan components. By utilizing the tools and forms provided, attendees will leave the session with at least one SMART Goal written out.
