Affinity GroupsAffinity Groups – Participation only available to AFP members One of the benefits of being an AFP-GHC member is our affinity group program. We are committed to providing opportunities for our members to connect, network, and learn from other professionals in a more casual, intimate environment. The affinity group topics are ongoing, while we also host one-time special topics of interest as well. These sessions will be available to AFP members at no cost; however, everyone will be responsible for their own food or drinks at each location (Note: During the COVID-19 quarantine, we have continued affinity sessions via video chats). The hosts of each session will drive the content of the meetings, and we encourage attendees to bring questions and ideas as well. Current topics include: - Special Events Our chapter is always open to additional topics – if you wish to host or suggest a topic/area of interest, please contact the chapter by emailing [email protected]. In the meantime, our affinity sessions are listed on our list of upcoming events (link). Please be sure to register in advance so we can plan accordingly for numbers – again, there is no cost to join a discussion. We hope you will take advantage of these great groups! |
